About Ineng’s
Young couple Richard and Michelle Ineng Santiago started selling bangus and tilapia dishes in 1999 at Sidcor Weekend Market. With their passion for cooking, they saw an opportunity to sell a product that people will surely love, and that is a special barbecue.
Their first branch was opened in Cubao, Quezon City in 2001. After 10 years in business, they opened their doors for franchising to serve more customers.

Lutong Bahay
