Peking Garden Menu Best Sellers
Here are some of Peking Garden’s best-selling items on its menu.
Fish Lip with Assorted Seafood and Egg White Soup – Peking Garden’s version of Fish Lip with assorted seafood and egg white soup is a warm soup that will surely bring comfort to you while giving a delicious taste. This hearty soup tastes really good and actually already a crowd’s favorite. Upon ordering this item you can also upgrade this soup to shark’s fin instead of fish lip but with the additional price of course.
Peking Duck – The Peking Duck version at Peking Garden is one of the most popular items on their menu and a crowd favorite at the same time. This to be honest is actually my favorite whenever I have time to visit a Cantonese restaurant and their version of Peking duck is just amazing. This is great to order if you’re with a group since one whole serving of Peking duck is more than enough to feed just 2 persons. They masterfully cut the Peking duck into normal sizes and plate it before serving. This is also served with vegetables and pancake wrappers so you can wrap the duck on it for an additional treat.
Fried Rice Yeung Chow Style – Fried rice yeung chow style is traditionally served by the end of the lauriat however you can request it to be served earlier since we Filipinos love to eat anything with rice or any rice dishes. The fried rice tastes good, to be honest, and you can actually eat it by itself without anything since it is already tasty. This item is one of their best items so you can’t miss this one. Great with Peking duck too.
Braised Pig’s Knuckles with Dried Scallops and Sea Moss – The pig knuckles are very tender and tasty. It also has a savory and rich sauce. They also serve this with broccoli as a side and small buns that you can enjoy with the pork knuckles. This one is a must-try.
Bird’s Nest
Peking Garden also offers Bird’s Nest menu which is really popular in Chinese cuisine. These items are really tasty too. They have Bird’s Nest with Fresh Crabmeat, Bird’s Nest with Mashed Chicken, and Bird’s Nest with Coconut Milk (this one is sweet). Aside from these items they also have Bird’s Nest with Rock Sugar which is also sweet.
You can buy their bird’s nest in sizes like per person, small, medium, and large. These items are relatively pricey but when you taste how good their birds nest it is really worth it.
